Ensuring Meaningful Parent Involvement on OISM Building-Level Leadership Teams
Research indicates that when parents are involved in school decisions and activities, student achievement increases, behavior problems are reduced and better school outcomes are noted. Amy Freeman, O.C.E.C.D. Ohio Integrated Systems Model (OISM) Statewide Parent Lead, shares strategies for ensuring meaningful parental involvement in the OISM and other school activities.
