W.A.G.E.S. (Working At Gaining Employment Skills) is a curriculum to teach adolescents job-related social skills. It includes 33 lessons with complementary activities and assessments and is suitable for delivery in a nine-week term. W.A.G.E.S. was developed at the University of Oregon School of Education and it utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach.  We also offer Skills in Youth Suicide Prevention, a video-based program to train staff who routinely work with youth to recognize and respond to adolescents who are at risk and may be considering suicide.  View information on all of our adolescent behavioral health programs here.
