Description:
This training will be presented by Brenda M. George, MS, OTR/L with Ohio Occupational Therapy Association Pediatric Special Interest Section Coordinator and Pam Cotrell, RN, BA, Information Specialist/Trainer with OCECD. This conference will overview transition planning, how it relates to the IEP and how transition services can help prepare students to move from school to adulthood.
