The Parent Mentors for Dublin City Schools and the Special Education Advancement
Council (SEAC) will host a session on waivers. Steve Beha, Associate Director of The
Arc of Ohio, will share information with attendees on the following:

What is a waiver?

Who is eligible for a waiver?

How do I apply for a waiver for my child?

What challenges exist for people who need a waiver?

What services can be funded by a waiver?

Which one of Ohio’s waivers is best for my child?

What are the recent and future changes to Ohio’s waivers?

This presentation will be followed by a short Q & A session on general questions

regarding waivers.

This free event is open to any parent in Central Ohio. Please feel free to share.
