We continue our work on public policy issues that will improve the lives of the children and families we serve. We advise policy makers on many areas such as: reading, education, Medicaid and more. We have investigated over-representation of youth with disabilities in Ohio’s juvenile system and are assisting to make change. We will continue to work in all these areas and more, with your help. We will continue to provide training, conferences, and individual consultation as our resources allow. Please join us in this effort.
You can show your support for children with disabilities by becoming one of the many new concerned members of OCECD. As a member you will receive state and national information which will keep you abreast of new developments in public policy. See the membership forms below. You may join as an individual member for $50/year or if you belong to an organization who's goals are aligned with OCECD, you may apply to become a state or regional member organization.
