DoDD 5 year state plan input

Hello

I wanted to reach out to all of you and send copies of the DD Council’s upcoming 5-year state plan.  We are putting it out for comment and wanted to reach out to each of you to see if you would be willing to facilitate distribution within the Spanish speaking communities that your organizations work with.  I have attached the following :

  • The Spanish Version of the Clear Language Executive Summary
  • The Spanish Version of the State Plan
  • The Spanish Version of the Survey
  • Directions on how to use the 1-800 number that will provide interpreter services,  if needed.  We will also accept written comments through our e-mail address at [email protected].

Folks can also go to the address below and access the documents.

We are trying to assure that we make sure we reach out to un/underserved communities to assure that their voices are heard.

The cut off date is Friday, March 5, 2021.

Any other suggestions you may have with regards to outreach we can do would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance.

Rebecca
